Service Agreement

1. Provision of Services

By engaging with Homework Genius through the purchase of any service package (including but not limited to "Sparx," "Seneca," or custom academic support), you are entering into a formal agreement for academic assistance and task completion services. While Homework Genius strives for 100% accuracy and excellence in all deliverables, we do not provide a guarantee of absolute correctness. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis for support purposes.

2. Academic Sanctions & Institutional Policies

Homework Genius provides professional academic support intended to assist in workload management. However, we assume no liability for, and provide no guarantee against, any sanctions issued by educational institutions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Disciplinary actions such as detentions or "Reset" sessions.
• Parental or guardian notifications regarding academic performance or conduct.
• Plagiarism detection, flags for automated content, or academic integrity investigations.

Users engage our services at their own risk. It remains the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the use of external assistance complies with their specific institution's Code of Conduct and Academic Integrity policies.

3. Financial Terms & Refund Policy

• Upfront Payment: All service fees must be remitted in full prior to the commencement of any task.
• Finality of Sales: Due to the digital nature of the deliverables and the immediate allocation of specialist resources, all transactions are final.
• Exceptions: A refund may only be considered if the agreed-upon task is not completed by the explicitly established deadline. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Credential Security & Data Protection

To perform the requested services, users must provide temporary session credentials for the relevant academic platforms. Homework Genius represents and warrants that:

• Credentials will be utilized exclusively for the duration of the active task.
• Personal information will not be altered, exploited, or shared with third parties.
• Zero-persistence policy: data is purged following successful task completion.

For enhanced security, Homework Genius strongly recommends that users update their passwords immediately following the conclusion of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Homework Genius is a service provider only. The user assumes all legal and academic responsibility for the submission of work. Homework Genius shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect disciplinary consequences, loss of academic standing, or other actions taken by third-party educational institutions.

6. Communication Protocols

To ensure service quality and record-keeping, all official communication must pearls exclusively via Snapchat. Homework Genius maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the harassment of staff or specialists. Any such behavior will result in an immediate service termination and account block without the possibility of a refund.
